Lobo de la Sierra Black

Lobo de la Sierra Black is the personal recipe of Don Gerardo Peña, known as “El Lobo de la Sierra.” This Raicilla is made from 100% Maximiliana agave, cooked in an adobe oven with black oak. The roller mill grinding, fermentation in plastic containers with wild yeast, and two distillations in stainless steel alembic stills create a unique and exquisite spirit.
