Yoowe Palmilla: An intriguing spirit from Bacanora, Yoowe Palmilla is crafted by Sinohe Chacón using 100% Dasylirion Wheeleri agave. Despite the State of Sonora not having the DO for Sotol, this unique product captures the essence of the region with aromas of moss, hay, and green banana, complemented by a taste of herbs, saltiness, and freshness.

Master distiller Sinohe Chacón expertly combines 100% Dasylirion Wheeleri agave, underground cooking methods, and dual distillation in stainless steel and copper alembic. The result is an intriguing aroma of moss, hay, green banana, and moist earth, with a taste profile of herbs, saltiness, and freshness, and a slightly oily, smooth texture.
